This notice describes how the current website handles language preferences and training inquiries.

Training inquiries

If online sending is available and you submit the form, the school receives your name, email or phone, training interest, and any optional start date or message you provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry. Do not include sensitive identity or medical information. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you or sign you up for promotional messages.

Email processing

Inquiries are passed to the school's configured email service. The website does not keep a separate database of inquiries. Copies may remain in the school's mailbox and with its email provider. Contact the school for its retention practices and to ask about information you have submitted. If sending is unavailable, the form cannot submit an inquiry.

Spam protection

When online inquiries are available, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information for that security check. The server validates the resulting token before sending the inquiry. JavaScript is needed for this protection.

Your language preference

The site stores your English or Spanish preference in a cookie for up to one year. It also uses security cookies to protect form submissions and a temporary confirmation cookie when needed. This version has no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your choices

The start date and message are optional; only one contact method is needed. You can contact the school directly instead of using the form. Contact details appear on the website when available. Before public launch, the school must confirm its email provider, retention practices, and final contact details.
